Location: Heathrow
Following several large projects secured we are looking for an Intermediate level Mechanical Design Engineer from a building services background to join a large and established M&E Design Consultants based at Heathrow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate level Mechanical Engineer to secure a role with a leading Design Consultancy.
THE COMPANY
* Well established, specialist Building Services Design Consultancy based at Heathrow Airport.
* Specialist in airport projects including work at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.
* Variety of large and small projects based at Heathrow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be working within the M&E Design Team producing mechanical services design (HVAC) on fast paced projects within the airport terminals.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be utilising the design and calculation software Hevacomp, Cymap and AutoCAD to create the designs
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Ideally Degree or Equivalent Qualified in Mechanical Design or Building Services Engineering.
* Working knowledge of UK standards.
* Aviation project experience would be an advantage however is not essential.
* Demonstrated ability of Mechanical Design within a Consultancy Environment.
* Must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
