Our client a leading financial claims organisation is currently going through a large organic growth period and is now looking to increase their sales force. Working within their insurance department sector they are now looking to take on a 10 Insurance Lead generators / Telesales.

Insurance Lead Generator/ Telesales Role

-Make outbound calls and develop their interest in the company?s services

-Generate warm sales leads for the Sales Team

-Make a good first impression and make the most of their phone calls to build a strong rapport with potential clients

Insurance Lead Generator/ Telesales Requirements:

-Minimum 6 months experience in Outbound Lead Generation

-4 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics

-IT literate (MS Office, databases, etc.)

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to identify possible sales

The client offers a competitive salary of £16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience, plus commission with realistic OTE of £26,000. Working hours are Rotational shifts, Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm and 11am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4pm
