Inbound Customer Service Advisor

My client is currently seeking a friendly and professional part time Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established team in Chippenham. This role will entail working early evenings (4pm – 8pm / 5pm -10pm) and weekends.

You will be taking inbound calls from customers, where you will be processing their orders, dealing with queries/complaints and updating customer details.

You will have previous customer service/call centre experience and will be able to build rapport quickly with customers. The successful candidate will be computer literate and have excellent attention to detail, as you will be working from multiple databases. You must be able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly, however full training will be given.

This position is based on part time hours and therefore candidates MUST be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.

Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial.
