Working closely with business development and operational teams on drafting contracts and commercial agreements you will also contribute guidance on a wide range of commercial issues in a rapidly changing business environment and manage the relationship with external legal advisers.

We need an entrepreneurial lawyer with a strong background in drafting commercial contracts who can also support the wider business needs and see the big picture. The successful candidate will have solid commercial experience, bags of common sense, the ability to find innovative solutions to business problems and the personal skills to manage a varied and technically demanding workload advising senior management.
