The Implementation Executive position requires an individual with project management, organizational and problem solving skills as well as a keen attention to detail. This individual will work across multiple teams within Egencia including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service in order to successfully implement new accounts.

Functional and Technical Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing accounts sold into the Small Market Segment. Implementations are expected to be staged, scheduled and prioritised according to both client and business needs
  • Lead project planning efforts to determine project scope and scheduling
  • Facilitate the project kick-off with project team members and appropriate stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day details of the project (coordinating with project team members and resource managers as appropriate) including the plan, schedule, resources, and task assignments
  • Report schedule and delivery details to project stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, fostering open communication within the team on project planning, and execution
  • Maintain project management deliverables including the project plan, project schedule, status reports, and any other documentation related to the management and administration of the project
  • Act as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process.

Profile

Applicants must have proven success in managing multi-faceted, time sensitive projects, as well as strong skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation, training, and presentations. Experience working with an Online Travel Tool or Agency is preferred. You will also be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as have the ability to work across multiple time zones.
