We’re on the hunt again for our next Recruitment Consultant and specialist Healthcare Headhunter!
Following on from our successful recruitment campaigns in May and July, we’re now ready to recruit another ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Headhunter into our growing team.
We’re an award-winning boutique recruitment firm operating within the Healthcare and Medical Device sectors. You’ll be working in our Healthcare team to deliver retained recruitment solutions to our clients in leading private acute hospitals, fertility clinics and cosmetic surgery groups.
You’ll offer your clients a truly consultative approach to recruitment, and maintain our outstanding reputation – 75% of our work is repeat business.
Working in a truly supportive and collaborative environment with like-minded individuals, you’ll have responsibility from day one and be working with some of the most impressive firms in the Healthcare sector – from global organisations to industry-leading SMEs.
You’ll join our Recruitment Training Academy where you can expect a real blended approach to learning – there’ll be classroom and on-the-job training, 1:1 and group development, workshops, projects, as well as collaborative best practice discussions, and monthly team-building activities.
This is a tough industry and we certainly work hard – the recruitment industry isn’t a ‘9 to 5’. We do however believe in balance, and offer extra time off when you buy a house, extra holidays when you get married, sabbatical opportunities and company away-days.
The rewards for your efforts are great – 28 days’ holiday, pension, monthly incentives, and in your first year you will earn a minimum of £24,275. You’ll exceed £30,000 in Year 2, and by Year 3 you should earn in excess of £50,000. Beyond that there is real potential to break the six-figure barrier, and for career progression to leadership roles – with ambitious plans to quadruple in size over the next 2 years, it’s a great time to join Stroud Resourcing.
You should have gained some commercial experience, perhaps in a sales and/or office environment, but you don’t need to be an experienced recruiter. Supported by a dedicated Training & Development Manager, our comprehensive induction training and ongoing coaching programme which makes up our Recruitment Training Academy is designed to maximise your earnings and career potential.
