Health & Safety Leasehold Risk Assessor- Birmingham- Interviews ASAP


Our client is a large national property management firm which oversees blocks of flats and estates for residents, freeholders and developers.

They collect service charges in order to carry out maintenance, repairs and ensure the ongoing upkeep of communal grounds under their management.

Key to their service, and in line with legislative requirements is Health & Safety incorporating Fire Risk Assessment.

Due to demand and an ever expanding number of blocks of flats being managed, they require a competent Risk assessor with a track record reporting on residential leasehold dwellings.

The successful Property Risk Assessor will hold NEBOSH qualification (NGC1 & FC1) with a proven track record in producing high quality, detailed reports for domestic leasehold properties.

The Property Risk Assessor will be required to produce examples of recent risk assessment reports at interview (alongside risk assessment qualifications /certificates) to further reinforce their risk assessment track record.

The successful Risk Assessor can expect to work out of a Birmingham office carrying out Risk Assessments on the company’s portfolio around the country.

Package on offer for the successful property risk assessor will be up to £35k (broken down to £30k basic with a £2k car allowance and £3k performance bonus paid quarterly) with other benefits after passing probation (pension, healthcare)
