About the Job:
We are looking to recruit a Head Chef to help support the existing team at this sleeping giant of a site. We are recruiting for bright, bubbly, energetic and passionate chef who wants to play a key part in a swiftly evolving company, whilst helping to make a truly beautiful business as great as it can be. Frankly, who wouldn’t want that?This is an exciting role with a multi-award winning and fully established restaurant & bar brand that is set for great expansion over the next few years so don’t miss the boat!
The position is very hands on and we will not consider applications without high volume branded restaurant experience.
Competitive salary and bonus up to £28,,000 per year plus bonus (£6,000).
Job requirements:
• You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be organised. Critically you will be working with the sous chef and junior sous chef's looking after the quality control on all dishes that leave the kitchen to ensure they are tip top for our customers. Ideally, you will have branded and an independent background regarding your previous work history. Ideal job for an experienced Sous Chef to take on as their first Head Chef position.
