Your new company
You will be joining a market leader within the financial services market who has seen continuous and successful growth. They are now looking to recruit for a debt management advisor to join their team based in Central Manchester with exciting progression and development opportunities.

Your new role
You main focus of your new role is to process inbound and outbound calls, contacting customers with overdue accounts. You will ensure you are providing world class customer service, empathy and have high attention to detail. Your main focus of the role is to negotiate prompt payment and rehabilitate accounts within a defined time scale.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previously worked within a Collections, Credit Control or Debt Management position previously.
