This client are a family owned business that provide contract catering for multiple clients across the UK.
Job Description
The Group Manager will be expected to:
- Deliver client and company service standards at all times
- Lead and motivate an area support team and the teams that deliver for them
- Centrally manage the retention of the school contract through ensuring customer and client satisfaction
- Strive to improve performance by increasing meal numbers and sales while controlling costs within budget
- Be the main contact for employee relations
- Ensure that all equipment used in all kitchens across remit meets the H&S standards of both client and business

The successful candidate will:
- Previous contract catering experience
- Have commercial and hold strong business acumen
- Be a great communicator and a leader
