Job Title:Graduate Shipping Coordinator

Skills: Strong administration, shipping, customer service

Location: SW London

The Role

A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading player in the London market for wine, beers and spirits.

- Maintaining and communicating shipping data

- Management of purchase order deliveries and landing

- Liaison with bonded and duty paid warehouse and transporters

- Keeping track of stock discrepancies

- Management of documentation relating to the shipment of the wines, beers and spirits

- Manage supplier and transporter invoicing procedure

- Checking transporters KPIs and monitoring rates

- Product information management to include liaison with marketing, warehouse and buying departments

The Person

- An interest in developing a role in shipping

- Degree educated

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Organised and self-motivated

- Numerate and computer literate

- Flexible, responsive and efficient

Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, Arabic, etc.) may be a bonus.
