Graduate Business Finance Executive

This role sits within the Finance & Insurance team at Rygor, the largest Mercedes-Benz Truck and Van Dealership in the UK.

This Job will ultimately involve the sale of finance packages on commercial vehicles that are sold by our industry leading sales force. You will tailor financial proposals for our customers using the financial products offered by Mercedes-Benz Finance.

The aim is to meet customers funding requirements, whilst increasing the profitability of the finance department.

You will be given a huge amount of responsibility once fully trained, and will manage your own finance penetration & profit targets. 

Once fully trained the role will be based along the M5 corridor, predominantly covering Gloucestershire, Worcestershire up to Birmingham including eastwards towards Oxford.

Your training will be both classroom led via a Mercedes-Benz traineeship and on the job with our in-house specialists, this will ensure you quickly develop the skills and knowledge you need to hone as you grow into the role.

Training for the role will be held predominantly at our Heathrow Offices and you will need to be willing to travel to Heathrow & Milton Keynes on a regular basis.

Your role will challenge you to build relationships with customers, develop outstanding sales negotiation skills, gaining a clear understanding of finance contracts within a sales /service organisation.

Job requirements- You will need:

Driving Licence

University /Graduate Qualifications equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree or above

Excellent IT skills including: MS/ Excel and be Data driven

Required experience:
