Overall Purpose
You will provide technical support at all stages of the development process, from initial viability to design development, gaining technical consents and providing input to all other departments and selected contractors during construction.
Key Activities
· Management of external consultants to ensure information is received, co-ordinated and distributed on time.
· Input into land appraisal processes.
· Attend and contribute to project meetings ensuring that all necessary actions are completed in a timely manner.
· Manage the distribution and control of drawings and documents using “doc hosting” programme
· Liaise with local Planning Authorities, Highway Authorities, statutory undertakers and consultants, etc. during development design.
· Liaison with the consultant utility providers to provide timely service quotations and designs.
· Liaison and coordination with other internal departments as necessary.
· Management and verification of conveyance plans.
· Maintain departmental progress spread sheets and filing systems where necessary.
Skills and Experience
· Further Education qualification in Engineering, Architecture or construction related discipline
· Recent graduate or some consultancy/developer experience
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and related software applications
· Good communication skills, written and verbal

· DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGY/SOMETHING SIMILAR
