Job purpose:

The Site GPS Lead provides leadership to the site on the GSK Production System. The job holder will also performs a practitioner role to support each of the other departments in the use of the GPS Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

? Work with Site Director and SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to identify and agree on the GPS implementation in alignment with the Site Strategy 
? Drive at a site level the site strategy process
? Both lead and coach day to day deployment of the GPS as well as all related improvement activities at site level (business impact on safety, quality, service, cost & people)
? Track progress of the site GPS deployment road-map and self-assess the site GPS maturity level. Agree with the Regional team targets for improvement.
? Deploy the training and capability building plan as agreed by the Regional GPS Team and the wider GPS community
? Support / Deliver the required training.
? Coach Site teams to develop and sustain continuous improvement mindsets specifically focus on the the SLT and their teams.
? Support continuous capability development of self and others, using standard training modules developed by the GPS Core team and adapted by the Regional team (if required) .
? Role model GPS skills and behaviors 
? Support/ensure consistency of progress across site and Region, share lessons learned with the Regional team
? Member of the Site Leadership team and Regional GPS network; play a key role in supporting the Site Director manage the site.
? Prepare and lead the GPS Site Council
