I am currently recruiting a temporary to permanent German Speaking Invoicing and Billings Specialist to work for my client based in the City of London, close to Moorgate Tube Station.

My client is a global FTSE 250 professional services company. Founded over 40 years ago the company has grown to operate globally in over 30 countries with 70 offices and a turnover of £680 million plus.

Due to growth the company is now looking to hire a German Speaking Invoicing and Billings Specialist at an entry level to train up and move their way up through the company.

This role will be based in their brand new offices in the City of London, close to Moorgate Tube Station.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a first step into finance and potentially looking to start studying their AAT.

This is a temporary to permanent vacancy.

German Speaking Invoicing and Billings Specialist, City of London,

Roles and Duties

• To identify, verify, and create new customer records on SAP
• To ensure each new client creation is populated with credit checking information
• To maintain an excellent standard of accuracy when creating new accounts on SAP
• To follow set authorisations before account amendments
• To ensure the billing is processed on a daily basis
• To ensure credit note requests are processed when required
• To maintain a excellent standard of quality when creating accounts and processing documents
• To build relations with all customers involved during the process
• To investigate queries when required and provide a satisfactory, timely resolution to all concerned
• To provide reports when requested by Management
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by Billing Manager
• Systems: SAP, Excel
• Language, Fluent German, Fluent English - both written and verbal

Profile

The successful candidate must be immediately available and be fluent in both German and English.

Exposure working in a finance environment would be beneficial but not essential. A customer service background will be advantageous.
