General Practice Senior seeking more audit?

Are you an Accounts or General Practice Senior currently working within practice? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain more audit experience with a strong mid tier firm close to Liverpool Street in London? 

Would you be interested in working with clients from the Financial Services industry? If so our client is looking for an Audit Senior to join their team. The role will be predominantly audit focused ao they would prefer to take someone on who has gained audit experience at another firm, however they are willing to train the right candidate to get them up to scratch with the audit work, and are also offering a very competitive salary.

Our client is seeking a candidate to fulfil a mixed role with a workload of Audit and Accounts. The firm have a large portfolio of OMB's with a strong bias towards Financial Services (FSA regulated), but also have a varied range of clients including IT, Manufacturing and Charities. 

The firm have a high number of long standing employees as well as two newly appointed partners and a very low turnover of staff, all of which creates the atmosphere of a successful and growing business as they strongly encourage the continuous development of their whole team.

As the successful candidate you will:

-Be ACCA/ACA qualified or towards the end of your studies and currently working for a UK based practice firm

-Have some experience of audit, however it does not need to be a high percentage of your workload

-Be comfortable leading audits from planning to completion (desirable) 

-Be able to manage your workload effectively, including supervising others

-Be able to demonstrate good client relationship skills
