General Practice Manager - Top 20 - City

Are you a General Practice Manager looking for an excellent opportunity to develop and progress up to partnership? If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen for such a person to join one of the UK`s Top 20 accountancy firms based in the City. 

The firm mix a corporate and professional structure with a down to earth and friendly environment. The firm has a tradition of promoting high performing individuals to ensure that they have a definite career plan that is challenging whilst being given the necessary support.

This position offers a varied workload comprising of 40% Audit and 60% Accounts and Corporation Tax. The portfolio will be varied with a strength within the professional services sector.

The successful candidate needs to:

- Be ACA qualified with at least 4 years post-qualified experience in a UK practice

- Be degree qualified with minimum of a 2:1 

- At least 300 UCAS points at A-Level

- Have a minimum three years` experience within a mid-tier accountancy practice - experience must include both audit and accounts

-Be very client facing with a personable character

Although not essential, the following knowledge and experience will be considered as a distinct advantage:

- Knowledge of Pro-Audit and/or +Vantage, SAPA, Sage Line 50.

- Experience of preparing accounts under IFRS.

- Experience of preparing Group accounts.

- Experience of external audits for Charities and Solicitors
