General Catering Manager

General Catering Manager £35K
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and dynamic General Catering Manager for our client based in West London.
Working within a media company, the catering department consists of a staff restaurant as well as coffee bar, grab & go area and hospitality. In addition there is an onsite bar facility for which the General Manager is responsible for.
As the General Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the entire operation and work closely with the Head Chef. You will be responsible for the site financially and must able to demonstrate your ability to work to budget maintaining costs. You will also be responsible for the management, training and developing of the team of 16 staff.
To be considered as a candidate, you will be innovative, enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ideally with a retail or contract catering background, you will be passionate about food and customer service with a strong understanding of latest food trends and styles
