General Catering Manager

Role of the General Manager:

• Running and overseeing the breakfast, lunch, retail, hospitality and evening bar service operation and responsible for new innovations and concepts 
• This is a hands-on role, working closely with your team, excellent customer service and exceeding expectations are required
• Full financial accountability - P&L, budgets, payroll, cashing up, etc
• Working closely with the head chef with new ideas for dishes for the menu
• Responsible to support with all administration for weekly, monthly, annual reporting
• Compliance with Food Hygiene and heath and safety on a day to day basis

Requirements of the General Manager:

• Previous experience in contract catering corporate sites catering for breakfast, lunch service and hospitality
• A work history within high street restaurants would be desirable
• Qualifications in management, catering and/or working as an assistant manager
• Passion and enthusiasm about the food service industry and motivated to deliver 
• This is Monday to Friday however you will need to be flexible to work some evenings
