DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this role is to support the Insurance Training & Governance Manager in all training activities. You will have a team of direct reports who will be part of the training compliment and you will be tasked with leading and mentoring them to deliver the Training mandate. 

As the Geek Squad Training Executive you will be tasked with designing training materials, educating members of the department and conducting train the trainer sessions. This role predominantly focuses on regulatory training - claims experience and complaints and will allow you to build what is a new and exciting area within the Insurance team.

You will:

  • To audit, update and design new training content for the regulated areas of claims and complaints
  • Be responsible for induction across all areas – contact centres, teh claims teams, complaints teams and insurance experience. This will mean some travel within the U.K
  • Be responsible for the how 2 processes for claims, complaints & insurance experience
  • Confidently conduct training programmes for large groups and individuals
  • To  support management of all training documentation, handling guides and scorecards
  • To audit against training and competency framework
  • Responsible for keeping up to date on regulatory changes in the market and support in executing changes
  • To ensure the team are receiving the right level of training, coaching and we have the right level of governance in place to remain compliant

You will need:

  • Experience of working in a training/regulated environment
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written demonstrating the correct brand values
  • To be passionate and enthusiastic about doing the right thing for the customer
  • Previous people management skills; ideally with a retail setting
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • To be proactive and positive in your approach to management as this is a fast paced role
