Fit Out Section Engineer

There is a requirement for a Section Engineer reporting to the Senior Engineer/ Agent responsible for delivering a series of short term (6-12 week projects) in the existing operational station. The projects will involve working specifically with hard flooring, GRC (Glass reinforced concrete), timber acoustic and metal cladding, shopfront glazing and associated front of house architectural metalwork and way finding signage trade packages. On project by project basis this role will be required to define the problem, analyse and work through solutions, plan out the execution of the solution, monitor and manage the delivery with the trade packages within an operational station.

Ideally experienced in large scale civils / building projects and familiar in working with cladding and flooring trade packages - rail experience would be of benefit although not essential. The candidate will be a proven team player, self-motivated to succeed and willingness to learn, able to lead by example, have an eye for detail and thoroughness and display the correct collaborative behaviours with our client and wider supply chain.
