Key Responsibilities
The role is to support Dell’s public team by becoming an integral part of Dell’s PLC strategy. Working alongside Dell Account Managers and becoming a ‘virtual’ member within Dell’s sales team within a given territory. The role requires the individual to drive Dell revenues by providing solution based finance products. You must be able to build solid relationships with public customers whilst being able to engage and become part of the fabric of the Dell public sales team.
  • Achieve revenue plans including volume and margin objectives as communicated by Dell Bank that are in line with Dell’s lease penetration requirements across the UK business
  • Provide comprehensive account management to existing customers and demonstrate the drive and desire to identify new opportunities
  • Engage with Dell Account Managers and agree actions that drive DFS within all public verticals
  • Develop leasing strategies and implement business plans to increase revenue and finance attach rates
  • Hold monthly Business Reviews with key Dell sales directors reviewing lease financing performance and developing growth action plans.
  • Discuss and structure financing opportunities directly with end-users. Be competent in selling the value proposition and the TCO model allowing customers to move from a capex to opex model
  • Provide weekly revenue forecasting and be responsible for driving key actions that lead to revenue growth (proposals, conversion of opportunity, loss analysis and revenue)
