Introduction

Our Financial Planning, Protection & Investments graduate scheme

Want to help us prove that investments are for all? And help us ensure all families can get through times of illness or financial difficulty?

If you’ve said to the above then this may be the scheme for you!

We’re looking for our latest intake of graduates to join our Financial Planning, Protection & Investments programme (FPP&I). It’s one of the specialist options available for graduates looking to join our graduate programme.

Nationwide has helped over 800,000 customers invest money, and we have ambitions to significantly grow the business by giving all customers access to great value and market-leading investment options, at a time when they are seeing their savings rates plummet. As the UK’s leading building society, we’re proud to help protect the homes and income of families across the UK.

FPP&I is fast-paced and we’re always dealing with change: whether it be in the investment markets, competitor activity, new regulations we have to adhere to, or, of course, responding to the varying demands and needs of our customers. You’ll be able to take ownership of your tasks to clearly demonstrate your personal effectiveness and impact. With the support of a great team around you, you’ll be making a real difference and delivering tangible benefits to our thousands of customers.

Alongside our award winning development programme, successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract, a starting salary of £28,000 a year, plus an annual bonus based on performance.

Your placements will be based in Swindon, don’t worry we help with relocation if you live 40 or more miles away.

So if you’ve thought about working in the financial services, why not apply to be part of Nationwide. Here’s a list of our achievements.
