Finance Administration Manager

A Finance Administration Manager is required to join a fast-growing PE-backed business based in Chester. Managing a team of 7, your role will cover the following;

- Management and staff planning of the Finance Admin team

- Supporting the Senior Financial Accountant in producing the month end and year-end financial and management reports

- Aiding in maintaining, supporting and implementing internal audit processes

- Providing data as per audit requests

- Weekly credit control reviews

- Weekly cashflow forecasting

- Control account reconciliation

- Monthly insurance reviews

- Ad-hoc projects and duties i.e. reviewing internal processes in finance and the whole system

You will have credible knowledge of the issues facing the business on a day-to-day basis and in the longer term. You will pro-actively develop and improve business process, whilst maintaining the Company`s professional image. You will provide clear communications to all parts of the business about financial matters and processes, and will be forward looking in anticipating future challenges and opportunities, responding to these with effective planning.

To be considered, you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent and have experience managing a small/medium sized team. Strong excel skills are required as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
