Field Service Engineer – Stafford/Stoke-On-Trent – Permanent
What you will do -
In this role, you will work as part of our Field Technical Services team to safely install and service CCEP dispensed, cooler and vending equipment. In addition, you will also be responsible for installing and servicing a wide range of coffee and ice machines for other manufacturers.
The role is a front line role and will involve travelling between a variety of accounts diagnosing and rectifying faults.
You will be focussed on -
Timely management of reactive service calls and installations of both CCEP equipment and third party equipment to ensure that you are driving performance and efficiency.
Taking pride in upholding the agreed ways of working to ensure that you are following safety policies and best practices to ensure safe-working for self and to protect others to demonstrate zero accident behaviour.
Drive Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability through sharing best practices with other team members and colleagues to improve customer service.

Qualifications
What we expect from you -
The successful candidate ideally will have experience of working on a variety of equipment:
· Dispense
· Vending Machines
· Coffee Machines – Bean to cup, traditional and filter
· Ice Machines
In addition, will either be qualified in Industrial Electrical Maintenance Skills for Maintenance Engineers City & Guilds 2323 or Consumer Electrical and Electronic Servicing 2359. It is important that you have first- hand experience of a service environment with exceptional customer service skills.
You will have practical experience and a strong understanding of machine and equipment operation, first-hand experience of a service environment with exceptional customer service skills and a good eye for detail. Flexibility with regard working patterns is required and a willingness to work flexible hours during the year which will also include a weekend rota and standby.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning their own work schedule to meet rigorous service criteria and will be a target driven individual with the ability to achieve service levels, completion times and quality standards. This will require good organisational skills and plenty of initiative.
