We are currently looking for an engineer in the West Drayton, Heathrow (M25 coridor) area.
The vacancy involves working in pub cellars to install and maintain our technology on to beer lines which then allows the pub company to monitor and measure how much liquid is dispensed through the line. They are provided with all the tools, equipment and a van to do the job and it is Monday – Friday 40 hours a week with 28 holidays (inc bank hols) a year.
The salary would be £23k – £25k with a monthly bonus scheme (non contractual) on top of that. This is based on how much work an engineer is able to carry out and our engineers can make anything up to £1000 a month, however they are only eligible for this once they pass a 6 months’ probation period.

Purpose of the Role:
To provide a first class installation and maintenance service to all Brulines and iDraught Customers to ensure the integrity of our equipment and data.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• To liaise with the planning team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that customers are kept up to date with planned engineering work
• To effectively manage stock to ensure that service and installation work can be carried out within SLA
• Ensure all work is carried out to the relevant quality standards
• Ensure that installation and service work are completed in a timely manner and therefore levels of productivity are maintained
• Ensure all customers are meet in a professional manner
• Ensuring the work area is left in a tidy and safe manner
• Ensure all relevant health & safety guidelines are adhered to
• To maintain all company tools, equipment and technology, including vehicle and report in any issues relating to these
• To work in partnership with Quality Manager, feeding back on relevant quality issues
Key Tasks:
1. Maintain a QA score between 95% and 100%
2. To carry out on site Installations as part of a team and individually
3. To service and maintain/repair the company’s equipment on site
4. To attend and participate in engineers meeting and reviews.
5. To carry out calibration checks for Installations and service calls
6. Close the down job correctly on HHT
7. To complete the job in a timely manner
8. Update logger notes with all relevant information
9. Carry out Electrical Installations and testing.
10. Ensure all relevant flow meters and pipes are lagged correctly
11. Issue dispense credits
12. Provide information to Operations Analysts
13. Accurately completing stock checks.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
• Sound working knowledge of all dispense monitoring systems
• Excellent management of stock
• First rate organisational and time management skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written; the ability to communicate effectively using various mediums (face to face, email, phone)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
