About the team:
Providing a comprehensive fabric sourcing service, identifying and proposing fabric direction across Womenswear.

About the role:
You’ll be:
·Inspiring and driving newness to the Womenswear Product teams.
·Identifying new trends and carrying out research to ensure the very best fabric selections.
·Communicating your fabric vision and proposals to senior management.
·Working closely with our Buyers, Designers and Fabric Technologists to develop fabrics.
Criteria
About you:
·Impressive Fabric Sourcing experience, preferably across Womenswear.
·Outstanding commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of trends.
·Sound technical knowledge of fabric construction and finishing.
·Highly personable and engaging.
·Demonstrate excellent work pace and organisation skills to be able to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
Skills and Qualifications you have:
·Preferably qualified to degree or HND level in Textile Design or similar subject.
·Exceptional communication skills, able to build productive relationships across the business and with our global supply base.
