What you become a part of
 
Reporting and providing administration support to the Vice President, Talent and Leadership Development, you will be working on an international level.
 
What to expect
 
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, presenting a professional and confident image
• Organise travel, create travel packs, diarise meetings, raise POs/invoicing, manage expenses and manage of Team Sites as required
• Prepare internal communications and support the creation and formatting of presentation decks for the VP, Talent Acquisition, Management and Development
• Manage confidential documents for the Corporate-wide Talent Management Review meetings and forums
• Provide coordination support for the Talent Management Review and Talent Forums, including scheduling, organizing materials in preparation for the meeting and ensuring the required technology support in collaboration with the appropriate IT teams
• Consolidate information and reporting 
• Be the gate keeper of stakeholder contact within, and external to, CCEP as per the prioritisation.
• Manage the logistics for group meetings, liaising with other EA’s across the Coke System. 
• Meet visitors on their arrival.
• Work to tight deadlines, often with limited guidance, and always ensuring attention to detail.
• Provide support for any other talent initiatives as prioritized and agreed with the VP, Talent Acquisition, Management and Development

What we expect of you
 
Required skills/experience:
 
• Significant experience in an administrative role at executive level and strong project management skills
• Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Methodical, meticulous and structured approach to your everyday tasks.
• Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize and work to tight deadlines 
• Willingness to take initiative and to adapt. A ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude
• A strong customer service mindset
• Ability to relate easily to others and your sense of confidentiality 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).  Knowledge of another language would be considered an advantage (German, Spanish or French ideally).
• Proven experience with IT programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
