As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide a high level of support to the MD and wider business. 

In this vital role, you will deputise for the MD in his absence, attending meetings, taking minutes and completing tasks as instructed. 

You’ll act as a vital link between the MD when he’s travelling and the team in the office, organising emails, updating Managers, handling administrative tasks and maintaining a high level of motivation in his absence. 

With exposure to design, marketing, sales and operations, this role represents an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within all areas of the business.

Interested? To be considered, you must have a degree (or equivalent). A well-developed understanding of confidentiality and a strong work ethic are also key. 

Confident and adaptable, as an Executive Assistant, you must have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. You must also be highly organised with superb planning and time-management abilities. 

Ideally, you’ll have administration experience, but this is by no means essential. Experience gained within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment would also be beneficial.
