MAJOR SUPPLIER TO THE AUTOMOTIVE & AEROSPACE INDUSTRIESDue to continued success and growth, our major Client who has over 50,000 staff world wide are now looking to expand their team in the UK through the recruitment of an experienced Engineering Sales Manager to cover the North West / Midlands area. The Engineering Sales Manager will be tasked with growing sales and profitability of the newly created division on both the capital and service side.
The Engineering Sales Manager responsibilities will include:
To Increase the market share on company products.
Increase customer share.
Build strategy to make sure all new equipment is sold with service contract.
Develop and organize localized marketing campaigns.
Development and motivation of the other sales engineers in the region.

Engineering Sales Manager requirements:
Proven track record in external Automotive/Aerospace engineering technical sales role.
Good people skills and highly interested in people development.
Experience in both service and capital sales is a plus.
Good and clear communicator.
