Engineering Co-oordinator

Engineering Co-ordinator is required by an innovative company specialising in research, development, design and manufacture for the motor racing industry to join a busy fast paced Projects team.

Role: Engineering Co-ordinator

As Engineering Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:

+ Responsible for the development and maintenance of the BoM for new and existing projects
+ Within each individual project, provide technical administration support
+ Responsible for inputting data & information/running reports using company business systems & processes
+ Experience in reading technical drawings
+ Assist in compiling technical bulletins

Experience:

As Engineering Co-ordinator you will have experience of:

+ Qualified in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering Diploma, or Degree, or relevant experience of engineering development projects through prototype &production planning)
+ Experience of CAD / PLM Systems / BoM Structures & Usage
+ Have an understanding of MRP/ERP Systems in relation to BoM Management & Project Planning
+ Thorough, well organised and methodical in approach, with strong attention to detail
+ Positive, flexible approach to taking on additional responsibility and working practices
+ Able to challenge data and current ways of thinking
