About the Job:
We are an independent privately owned consultancy, part of the Lynx Group that incorporates our two other businesses Lynx Employment Services and Lynx Care.Our ethos is that people thrive in a happy, fun, hard-working environment without their working day being dominated by KPIs, or Managers scrutinising every move and every call made. Quite simply we are only interested in how many teachers you have out working - how you do that and hit your target is up to you.
We have a team night each month paid for by the business - this month we are dining out, and going to Sheffield's Great Escape.
We have more business than we can cope with which is why we are only looking at taking on someone who has experience of education recruitment in an agency environment.
If you are ambitious, driven and eager to earn ££££, you can expect to be leading your own team/division within a year.
Our commission structure is so generous that we had consultants getting between 6 - 10k bonus on top of their salaries in October, for their September placements.
We set probationary targets together when you are offered the job. If you meet and exceed your probationary targets you will receive a salary rise of up to 4k.
