Door-to-door fundraising with Shelter £9-£12

Face-to-face fundraising directly for Shelter. Afternoons and evening with a guaranteed hourly rate.
 
Full time role
Hours: Monday - Friday. 2pm - 9pm
Pay: £8.50/hr guaranteed (£9 after first 4 weeks)

Working in teams of 3-5 people, you will work in your local residential areas. By engaging members of the public on their doorstep, you will explain the importance of what Shelter do with the aim of securing support through long term regular donations through Direct Debit.
 
We don't need you to be an expert in what we do, but we promise you will be after our two day training course. You'll be mentored, coached and we guarantee to ensure you become the best fundraiser you can be! We can offer many long term opportunities but if just the summer months you're after, we're happy with that too. This is simply not acceptable in this day and age and this is exactly why Shelter exist. The largest homeless and housing advice charity in the UK, Shelter's advice and support is professional, unbiased and genuinely changes people's lives.
