Bupa Global, a market leader for International Private Medical Insurance, are looking for enthusiastic and driven Direct Sales Advisors to join our highly successful sales team in Brighton.

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+), 25 days annual leave, pension, PMI, gym allowance, subsidised canteen.

About the role

As a Direct Sales Advisor you will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls to our potential new customers with your main objective being to drive and deliver sales.

You will ensure an exceptional customer experience for our customers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all customer requests and queries relating to purchasing. Customer contact will be across all communication channels - phone, email and web chat.

This sales opportunity is incentivised based on your performance against targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
• Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing roles within a contact centre setting
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets
