Are you interested in shaping & delivering excellent customer experiences through our digital & mobile channel? Are you passionate about learning?
If you’ve said yes to the above then this may be the scheme for you!
We’re looking for a number of graduates to join our graduate programme in September 2017, focusing on meeting our customers’ needs through our digital and mobile channel.
Working across the business, you’ll shape, influence & deliver digital propositions that support the delivery of our key corporate & channel targets. Using an insight led approach, you will champion the digital improvement agenda across the business for the benefit of our customers. You’ll be naturally curious and prepared to challenge the status quo to put forward your ideas.
Alongside our award winning development programme, successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract, a starting salary of £28,000 a year, plus an annual bonus based on performance.
You’ll primarily be based in our Swindon Head Office - don’t worry we help with relocation.

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be:

- On track to gain a 2.1 degree in any subject that you’ve studied, or have a minimum 2.1 degree already

What you'll be doing
This is a challenging but varied role where you get the opportunity to learn about a variety of teams & interact with senior management in the areas you’ll be working.
You could find yourself working in many areas of Digital – understanding & enhancing the experience we offer to customers online, leading & co-ordinating the delivery of key improvements across our website, banking app & internet bank, or discovering vital insight into how our customers use our digital services which will inform our future digital propositions.
