DevOps Software Engineer - Node.js / AWS - Hammersmith 

Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with one of the world's largest Telecommunications companies to recruit a DevOps Software Engineer who will be an integral part of next generation software development projects! 

The Role 
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced, hands-on Software Engineer who wants to build next generation connected systems. This software will be used globally, and is a critical link to ensuring the products that customers want are available when they need them. 

Responsibilities 
In this role you will be: 
-Deep diving into technical architectures and requirements 
-Driving the technical direction of the team 
-Holding design reviews, including feedback on architecture and design issues 
-Ensure that all solution have simple integration are performant and scale 
-End to end planning 
-Market delivery and benefit realisation 
-Operational program interaction point with Internal Demand and Design stakeholders 
-Delivery approach with Local Market Technology teams 
-Local Market Data Management and Integration Planning 

Requirements 
-Node.js experience 
-Strong DevOps experience (AWS/Chef/Puppet) 
-Jenkins (Continuous Integration) 
-Drive to provide re-usable solution & process 
-Ability to work in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments 
-Strong communication and decision making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests
