Job Description

The Deputy Manager will be expected to:

• Assume responsibility for the pub when the Manager is not in
• Interact with customers, be visible and manage customer expectation
• Lead the team, ensure the pub consistently runs smoothly
• Deal with the financial administration aspect on a daily basis
• Always ensure that you and the waiting staff provide exemplary customer service

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate will:

• Have experience in a similar role in hospitality/catering
• Feel comfortable managing a team Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities
• Approach the role with a positive mind-set
