For that to happen, our stores need the right people to take the lead, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver the best customer service there is. Working as a Deputy Manager you'll get to do just that, enjoying high levels of responsibility and plenty of variety along the way.

Leading our Front End, Warehouse and Replenishment areas and deputising for the Store Manager in their absence, you won't just help maximise store profitability - you'll develop talent and make sure that our customer service is of the highest quality across the store. As a Deputy Manager we'll look to you to always maintain high retail standards and allocate resources as effectively as possible. On top of that you'll be a customer 'champion', working on the shop floor alongside your team to increase sales and building lasting relationships with our trade and retail customers.

It's a high-pressure role, so we're looking for a Deputy Manager with previous experience of managing a team and successfully achieving targets and KPIs in a customer-facing environment. With a genuine passion for people and a commitment to our shared values of 'Customer', 'Family' and 'Can do', you'll be proactive, open-minded, and a natural leader - confident to take action and considered risks while empowering those around you. It's important that you're flexible about when you can work too, as you'll be covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A valid driving licence is preferred. To really excel as a Deputy Manager, you'll also need high levels of energy and drive.
