As Department Manager, not only will you improve sales and service; you’ll be given the opportunity to progress both the department and your career to the next level.
KNOW THE ROLE
If you’re passionate about Denim, we can offer you a department that you can call your own. You’ll manage budget, stock and profit and make sure that our standards of service are world-class. It’s a high-profile and hands-on management role that requires commercial acumen and creative flair. As a role model on the shop floor, you’ll coach, give feedback, build morale, roll out initiatives, and make recommendations on merchandising and product presentation.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
It’s likely you’ll be an established Store or Department Manager who’s ready to take on the next big challenge. Passion and understanding of Denim fashion is a plus, with a proven track record in a fast-paced yet service focussed retail environment. You’ll be a natural leader, but equally comfortable working with other Department Managers to implement management initiatives and maximise sales. You will be driven by impeccable service standards and engage your knowledgeable team to build client relationships. Ultimately, you’ll demonstrate the poise, confidence and ability it takes to focus on the details of team management, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
