Customer Service Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced customer service individuals to join a multi luxury retailer in Northampton.

My client is a high end brand, and a well-known house hold name. They are seeking experienced customers service individuals to join their vibrant team.

You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, and talking them through the various products, whilst this is not a targeted sales role you will be responsible for up selling and link selling across their wide product range, processing the orders on to a system and responding to customer emails.

Hours 37.5 over 5 days on rotating shift pattern.

(2-3 out of 7 weekends - days will be given back in the week)

Shifts between 8am and 10pm

£17500 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

• The processing of customer orders
• Managing customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Managing inbound calls and updating the computer system

Skills and Experience :

• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Flexible approach to work, with the ability to be able to work all of the varied shift patters on a rotating basis.
• Computer Literate
