We are recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our ‘Special Occasion Linen’ Team at our commercial laundry site in Ross.
We require an experienced customer focused individual to deliver a pro-active and efficient customer care service to our customers.

The purpose of the role is to process orders for short term event hire linen and to increase sales year on year with current customers, whilst providing the highest standard of customer care.

About You
This is a varied role in a demanding environment. The successful candidate must be an experienced customer service professional and have excellent administration and communication skills. Good IT skills, particularly in Excel are also essential for this role. It would be a great advantage if successful candidates have experience in a telesales or similar role, experience of a service industry or experience of using CRM packages.
