Santander Select is a differentiated service available to our premium customers.

Select customers have a dedicated service available to them to fulfil their needs from day to day queries to discussing potential savings options. As a Select Customer Service Agent, you will support the development of long term loyal relationships with our Select customers. You will be the main point of telephony contact for them and build an understanding of their financial needs, as well as helping them make and save money through our range of products. That means no more jargon and much more straightforward, accessible banking. In return, you can expect a first-class training programme, and a clearly defined career development path. As a Select Customer Service Agent your responsibilities will be

• Providing exemplary customer service to our Select customers
• Deepening customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service whilst ensuring commercial opportunities are identified and referred
• Identifying and driving new ways to make banking more simple, personal and fair for our customers through the education of digital channels
• Taking ownership of, and resolving any complex issues that arise.
• Developing your knowledge of our products, and the overall market, to provide information and insight to customers and colleagues

What we will be looking for in you

• A track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environment
• The ability to work to agreed outcomes.
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers
• Proven experience in a customer service role

Hours of work

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday.
