Santander Select is a differentiated service available to our premium customers.
Select customers have a dedicated service available to them to fulfil their needs from day to day queries to discussing potential savings options. As a Select Customer Service Agent, you will support the development of long term loyal relationships with our Select customers. You will be the main point of telephony contact for them and build an understanding of their financial needs, as well as helping them make and save money through our range of products. That means no more jargon and much more straightforward, accessible banking. In return, you can expect a first-class training programme, and a clearly defined career development path. What we will be looking for in you
Hours of work
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday.

Salary: £15,375 + bonus + benefits
