As a Customer Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will include:

* Excellent listening and communication skills
* A high level of motivation
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* A flexible approach
* Strong team working skills
* As you'll be working in a regulated environment, a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.

Working hours

We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. 

You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm across Monday to Sunday.
