Santander Select is a specialist area of the business offering a higher touch service to some of our more affluent customers. There will be a focus on building strong relationships with the customer to deliver outstanding customer service in a way that is Simple, Personal and Fair.
As a Select Agent you will be fulfilling the needs of the customer from day to day queries to discussing their personal banking requirements. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and build an understanding of their financial needs, as well as helping them make and save money though our range of products. That means no more jargon and much more straightforward, accessible banking. In return, you can expect a first-class training programme, and a clearly defined career development path. As a Select Advisor your main responsibilities will be
Providing exemplary customer service to our Select customers
Deepening customer relationships by providing a simple, seamless and efficient service whilst ensuring commercial opportunities are identified and referred
Identifying and driving new ways to make banking more simple, personal and fair for our customers through the education of digital channels
Taking ownership of, and resolving any complex issues that arise.
Developing your knowledge of our products, and the overall market, to provide authoritative advice and insight to customers and colleagues
What we will be looking for in you
A track record of building solid customer relationships within a customer service environment
The ability to work to discussed targets
Excellent listening and communication skills
The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers
Proven experience in a customer service role
Hours of work
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday.
