About the Job:
Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading established Claims Management Business, with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance, Packaged Bank Accounts and Investments. With over 350 employees and growing, we have recovered £425million in compensation for our customers to date.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working within a targeted and busy Customer Service Contact Centre.You will be responsible for dealing primarily with inbound calls with existing customers ensuring that they receive a professional service. However, you will also work on outbound campaigns when required.
All calls will offer a variety of queries, updating customers on their current claim, obtaining further information, collect fees dues and use the opportunity to see whether we can assist them with additional products and services. First time resolution is the name of the game.
There is absolutely NO cold calling involved in this role but you will have the opportunity to cross sell additional products and services. This is a genuine Customer Service role with cross sales targets.
To succeed in this position you will be hard working, enthusiastic and outgoing and will have excellent customer service skills gained within a contact centre environment. You will be natural at building rapport with customers and will quickly gain their confidence.
The Candidate
  • Experience of working in a Claim Management Company or within Financial Services
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to process high volumes with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience of working on a case management system
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Professional approach and ability to achieve targets
  • Works towards first time resolution on every call
  • Efficiently manage and be in control of the call.
  • Be able to identify and process outstanding tasks on customer accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to achieve required quality standards
  • The ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with strong customer contact skills essential.
