As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of email or social media contact for our customers, and that will involve a lot more than just answering questions. As a Customer Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will include

• Excellent written and communication skills
• A high level of motivation
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• A flexible approach
• Strong team working skills
• As you'll be working in a regulated environment, a high level of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential.

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve

• Building relationships through email and social media
• Providing information on additional services
• Helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Starting salary is £15,330 + OTE £1,200 bonus.

Working hours

We are recruiting full-time roles working 35 hours per week. You will be working on a 7 hour rotational shift between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm across Monday to Sunday.
