Job Purpose
At Cater Allen Private Bank, we have 150 years of experience. We've earned our reputation by putting the traditional values of courtesy, convenience and personal service into an efficient, contemporary context. We pride ourselves on focusing on the things that are important to our customers and doing them well, from simple touches like answering the phone promptly, replying to queries professionally and providing a personal service. We take pride in our heritage, but use the skills and expertise of our parent company Santander to enable us to deliver and even more efficient service.
About the role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will use your outstanding customer service skills to assist them with their enquiries, establishing personal and meaningful relationships along the way. You'll be helping customers understand their accounts, providing balances and other account information and making it easy for customers to make transactions over the phone. You need a keen eye for detail as we work in a financial environment, but training and support will be given so you can get to grips with our processes and procedures.
