A rapidly growing silicon valley start up is looking to recruit a strong a CTO/VP Engineering. The CTO/VP Engineering will be responsible for developing and driving group software, company strategy, and for leading a successful development/technical function.

The CTO/Head of Engineering will be in charge of the whole development portfolio and will be responsible for building a team. The CTO/Head of Engineering will have P+L responsibility. The CTO/Head of Engineering will be involved in serious business decisions as the company look to grow the team from 5 to 20 people.

This is a great opportunity for a CTO/VP Engineering with web and development experience to build not just a team but a company. The CTO/VP Engineering will need to have worked with data products and be passionate about using data to create market leading propositions

Candidates must have:

• Experience of Full Stack Web and Mobile Development
• Knowledge of platforms like IOS, Android, HTML5
• Worked in technical roles previously
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience building teams in a start up
