About the Job:
CRM Manager - Up to 40k DOE
My client is looking for a passionate and ambitious CRM manager, who has worked in a fast paced and target-driven organisation.
You will be responsible for Campaign management, ideally focused on customer retention and cross-selling. You will also have analytical and data skills, to help bring greater insight to company programmes. Must have excellent communication skills, who can work alongside product, technical and data teams to identify and get access to additional kinds of customer data. You must be results driven, have good email marketing skills, with some experience of at least one enterprise-level ESP.
