We are looking for an individual with analytical skills who has a passion for CRM and project management to help the team achieve its tactical objectives. This person will take responsibility for the performance reporting of the channel, as well as supporting the content development for lifecycle communications and occasionally ad-hoc campaigns to support the development of our CRM programme. Their input will allow us to create sophisticated, event-driven, personalised communications that engage our customers and drive their behaviour.

Based out of the London office, our ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, be self-driven and able to learn fast and seek out information, working with people who are often remote. Experience working with Email Marketing platforms, Excel and reporting tools is preferred and a European language skill would be a plus.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the coordination of new program development, tactical support for email marketing, and analytics
  • Analyse the results of campaigns and suggests ways to improve program performance
  • Generate weekly reports for internal client distribution and adhoc reports for senior management as requested
  • Lead the development and testing of email 'best practices' regarding travel products, promotional and customer segmentation strategies through the use of email
  • As the reporting lead of the team, drive test and learn initiatives, and ensure implementation of best practices, operational maintenance, enhancements and upgrades
  • Coordinate and project manage sourcing content and translations for lifecycle communications targeted toward multiple key segments within the ebooker's customer base
  • Support ongoing campaign proofing. Assist the sign-off process in all langauges as required
  • Work closely with the CRM content and design teams to ensure that our emails render correctly and that the processes are in place to ensure that content is localised correctly for each market and personalised correctly for each customer
  • Collaborate cross functionally with retail and loyalty teams to identify and implement new messages, campaigns and programs via email marketing
  • Perform competitive analysis and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Proven Experience in Email Marketing
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Good copywritting and an eye for curating content
  • Customer centric mind
  • Experience with HTML for emails
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with SMS and/or PUSH messaging is preferred
  • A second European language is a plus
